Duties & Import Taxes 🌍

For international orders, duties and import taxes may be charged by your country's customs when your package arrives. These fees are the customer's responsibility and aren't included at checkout. We wish we could cover them, but they're totally out of our hands!

Refused Packages 📦

If a package is refused or unclaimed at customs, it'll be sent back to our supplier and we won't be able to issue a refund — since the product and shipping costs have already been paid. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering so there are no surprises!
